Crabtree

The Crabtree project was a 1930s, three bedroom semi-detached property that wanted to add a further bedroom with ensuite. With the space created from the new conversion we incorporated: fourth bedroom, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and eaves storage area. The existing landing area space allowed us to realise this project without losing any bedroom space on the first floor.
